I don’t see the option to have a free subscription and ask questions. Where can i find it?
Once you come to the page with the different subscription choices, scroll to the left and you will find more options then the ones initially seen

How do i rate the expert that helped me?
Once the question is solved and you have no more follow up questions press the question solved button. At the bottom you will then get an option to rate the expert.

How many questions am I allowed to ask?
As many as you want.

How quickly would I get a response to my question?
Usually in an instant, but it depends on the number of experts online at the time.

How much does this cost?
It is free.
